Requirements

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts is happy to review your organization's donation request. Please allow four to six weeks for review and ensure your organization meets the following eligibility requirements:

A nonprofit charitable organization that has been granted tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Geographic of Hershey and surrounding communities where our employees and their families live and work are priority.
Emphasis on causes that support children and children at risk.
Requests for individuals will not be accepted.
Political campaigns, political or lobbying organizations, or those supporting the candidacy of a particular individual, churches or religious organizations, including seminaries, Bible colleges, and theological institutions, and fraternal organizations and labor organizations (with exceptions) are not eligible.
